In Sweden, there are 39 local prosecution offices, of which 32 are public prosecution offices, three are international offices and four are national offices. Three prosecution development centres conduct methodological and legal development, etc. The Office of the Prosecutor-General is responsible for legal direction and control, the activities of the Supreme Court and administrative information.
