The hearing in Supreme Court
On 1 and 2 February 2012, the Supreme Court of Great Britain tried whether a prosecutor can be considered to have the legal authority to issue a European Arrest Warrant. The Supreme Court will give its judgement later.
Since November 2010, Mr. Assange has been detained in his absence, on probable cause suspected of rape (less severe crime), sexual molestation and unlawful coercion.
Concerning requests for interviews
Director of Prosecution, Ms. Marianne Ny, will not give interviews about the matter as long as it is handled by British authorities.
