One person arrested for terrorist crime

Deputy Chief Prosecutor, Hans Ihrman, has decided to arrest one person suspected on probable cause for terrorist crimes through murder.

The person was arrested at approximately 2.00 a.m. on Saturday. The prosecutor will decide whether to make an application to the court for a detention order no later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 11 April. A request for a defence counsel for the suspect will be made to a duty judge on Saturday. The person was apprehended on Friday evening.
