A press conference regarding the preliminary investigation of operations performed at Karolinska University Hospital

Prosecutors and the police will hold a press conference on 12 October concerning the investigation of a surgeon who was formerly employed at Karolinska University Hospital where he performed surgeries of tracheas.The surgeon has been notified of the suspicions against him for three cases of causing another's death, gross crime, as well as causing bodily harm, gross crime, and one case of causing bodily harm, gross crime. The surgeries were performed between 2011 and 2013.At the press conference, the prosecutors will comment on the comprehensive investigation and share new information.
